A Message to Our Customers About the Coronavirus

Dear valued customer,

First things first. We want to express our gratitude for visiting our store in the past and going forward. We do not take your patronage for granted.

Governor Tim Walz has recognized Vacuum Cleaners and Vacuum Supplies as essential services. We remain open to serve you.

Your health and safety is always our first priority. As the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact communities, we want to share the steps we are taking to help protect you during your visit to our store.

We are taking guidance from the CDC, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take. Our staff has increased the frequency and rigor of cleaning, taking extra care to wipe down surfaces like store counters, door handles, faucets, touch screens, and touch points on vacuums. It includes social distancing of 6 feet. We offer disposable gloves & hand sanitizer for those who would like to "test drive" a new vacuum.

We provide daily updates for our staff so they can keep themselves and their families safe. Team members showing symptoms of illness are staying home.

If you choose to minimize your time in our store, please remember that you can always shop on our website for home delivery, free in-store pickup or curbside service. We also have curbside service for repair drop-off and repair pick-up. Please call ahead to 763.425.9666.

We continue to be open. Our hours are Monday - Thursday 10am - 6pm, Friday 10am - 5pm, Saturday 10am - 2pm, closed Sunday. This is a dynamic situation, and we will continue to respond appropriately as new information is made available.

We want your home to be a clean and comfortable escape during a potentially stressful time. We encourage you to take a break from social media and the news to get some fresh air, a dose of relaxation, and restore a sense of calm.
